Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Senaitech S.L. aims to offer you the best shipping options. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most Senaitech S.L. packages are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx or Nacex. The estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days for the products in stock.

In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 20 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after the specified period of receipt of the set of products when placing an order, if this delay is due to Senaitech S.L. , the customer, after a written claim (letter or e-mail), may unilaterally refuse the order by refunding the amounts paid in the event of a prepayment, and the parties agree that no claims for damages, present or future, are applicable, directly or indirectly, as well as in conditions of consequential damage or loss of profits.


The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Subsequent change of delivery location at the request of the customer may result in additional costs of the selling price to be borne by the purchaser.

The goods will be delivered to the client by the transport company, together with a packing list in which the data that identify the client, the order will be and the number of packages that make up the shipment are entered. In the event that the customer checks at the time of delivery of errors in the received goods or that it has visible damage, then they must record these circumstances on the carrier's consignment note and inform Senaitech S.L. of these facts within 24 hours through the customer support service posted on its website or at the company's registered office. 


1. Orders up to 199 euros (excluding VAT).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the shipping address of the customer. The final shipping costs will be indicated on the checkout page of the order.

2. Orders over 199 euros (excluding VAT).

The delivery is free for EU countries and their territories located on the mainland only. For countries and their territories that are islands, free shipping rules do not apply.


Senaitech S.L. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please record these circumstances on the carrier's consignment note and inform Senaitech S.L. of these facts within 24 hours through the


Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery. Orders purchased after 30 days could not be cancelled.
