Delivery period of the purchased product:  
The delivery time of the goods depends on where it should be available to the buyer. In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 20 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after the specified period of receipt of the set of products when placing an order, if this delay is due to Senaitech S. L. , the customer, after a written claim (letter, fax or e-mail), may unilaterally refuse the order by refunding the amounts paid in the event of a prepayment, and the parties agree that no claims for damages, present or future, are applicable, directly or indirectly, as well as in conditions of consequential damage or loss of profits.

Place and method of delivery:  
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Subsequent change of delivery location at the request of the customer may result in additional costs of the selling price to be borne by the purchaser. The goods will be delivered to the client by the transport company, together with an invoice in which the data that identify the client, the order will be and the number of packages that make up the shipment are entered. In the event that the customer checks at the time of delivery of errors in the received goods or that it has visible damage, then they must record these circumstances on the carrier's consignment note and inform Senaitech S. L. of these facts within 24 hours through the customer support service posted on its website or at the company's registered office. Goods that have not been delivered within seven days from the date of departure of the same Senaitech S. L. for reasons not related to the seller, is returned to him.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:  
No refunds or material claims will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. If an agreement is reached within this period, the material must be returned in perfect packaging and without any usage tracks, postage paid to our warehouses. If the order is canceled (provided that the necessary requirements are met), the cost of delivery of the sent goods or orders is not refundable If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may return it to us for a refund of the returned product cost within 30 days of the delivery of the products. All materials returned for reimbursement must be in ideal conditions of sale, as delivered, unused and without any usage tracks, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note that the product cannot be used and must be in a suitable condition for resale, including the original box and original markings. IMPORTANT: Technologically complex goods are non-refundable and cannon be exchange, with the exception of cases of factory defect proven by an independent technical examination. Please do not stick tape or stickers directly on the box and / or packaging and wrap the item first. Only if we have made a mistake in sending the product (error in type, model, size, etc.), the cost of return and replacement will be borne by Senaitech S. L.

 Can I return a purchased item? How can i do this ? 
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return the unused product to us for a refund. Please be aware that you have 30 days to return after you receive the item. Please, in order to avoid damage in transit, the material must be sent in its original box/packaging with original labels. In addition, the product must be accompanied by a copy of the email you sent us to inform you of the return. We are only responsible for return and replacement costs if we made a mistake in sending the product to you, otherwise they will be at your expense. 
How do i know my return has been received? 
Parcels usually arrive at our offices within 2 to 30 business days, depending on the country of origin. They open in order of arrival. We try to keep it up and running, but your return may be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. When filling in your personal details, you provide us with an email address so that we can send you an email to confirm that we are managing your shipment / return. 
How and when will I get my refund? 
Upon receipt of the returned material at our office, and after checking the status of the same, what will happen for a refund of the value of the product in accordance with the payment method used to pay for the order. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. After the refund is processed, you will receive the money in your account within approximately 4-10 days, depending on the method of payment and the conditions for crediting the money at your bank. 
Please note that packages are opened on a first come, first served basis. We try not to delay, but it may take several days. Refunds for these refunds will be made according to the payment method you used to pay for the order. 
What should I do if I receive the wrong item? 
If you receive the wrong item, you have 30 days to return the item. What should I do if I receive a defective item? 
If you discover that the product has a manufacturing and/or functional defect, it will be sent to the manufacturer. The waiting time will vary depending on the management time that each brand's technical service has. The decision to replace or repair a product will depend solely on the manufacturer of the product. You can return a defective product by contacting us at support@move-sea.com with your order number, email address and reason for the return, and then we will send you an email with instructions that you must follow to submit your return. Please remember that you have 30 days after you receive the item. 
What should I do if I receive an item damaged in transit? 
When you receive the package, please make sure that the item has not been damaged in transit. The package received must be in good condition. If not, write it down on the carrier's invoice, reject receipt of the goods and notify it within 24 hours by email to support@move-sea.com with your order number and email address. If you have no external signs of damage during transportation and after you signed the delivery note, open it and check the goods. In the event of product deterioration or non-compliance due to transportation (which does not appear during delivery), you must notify us by email at info@move-sea.com within 5 calendar days after receiving your order. 
It is very important to remember that you only have 5 calendar days for the insurance to take effect, so you must notify us of these facts during this period. Once your email has been received, you will receive an email with instructions on how to send your return. 
How do I prepare my return shipment? 
To return an order, please make sure it meets all the requirements: This is on time: maximum 30 days from the receipt of the order. The product must be in its original packaging and perfectly packed in order not to damage it during transportation. The item must be returned along with a copy of the emails sent to info@move-sea.com. The package must be sent freight prepaid: Senaitech S. L. c / Escorxador 19A, 46470, Massanassa, Valencia, Spain 
Payable packages are not accepted.
